• Late registration fee is $425 per person beginning Thursday, February 16 and you must register in person on-site at the Overview.

Administrative notes:

ONLINE REGISTRATION
• Payment by credit card is required at the time of registration; 
• e-mail confirmation of your registration will be sent to you after registration is completed

LATE REGISTRATION AND ONSITE REGISTRATION
• Late registrations are $425 per person and must be made by calling Brakke Consulting at (972) 243-4033 during normal office hours; have your credit card with you when you call 
• To register onsite the day of the Overview, arrive at the Overview location between 1:30 and 2:00 pm; payment by credit card is required at the time of registration.
• Space at the Overviews is limited and may sell out prior to the date of the Overview

REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS
• Contact the Dallas office at (972) 243-4033 no later than the 5 days prior to the date of the overview to cancel your reservation and request a refund; refunds will not be honored after that date.
• A refund check will be mailed to you minus a $30.00 handling fee. 
• After the refund deadline, no refunds will be honored; however, for refund requests for the NAVC Overview we will transfer your registration to the WVC Overview in Las Vegas (if space is available) if you can attend.

TRANSFERRING A REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL
• Any registrant wishing to transfer a registration to another person may do so provided that the original “payer” contacts the Dallas office at (972) 243-4033 and gives us the name of the person taking their place.
