Registration Fees
• Regular online registration through Wednesday, February 10: $350 per person
• Late registration after February 10: $400 per person; late registrations must be made by phone or by registering onsite at the time of the Overview.

Administrative notes:

REGISTRATION
• Payment by credit card is required at the time of registration; an e-mail confirmation of your registration will be sent to you.
• Late registrations are $400 per person and must be made by calling Brakke Consulting at (972) 243-4033 or registering onsite at the time of the Overview
• Space at the Overviews is limited and may sell out prior to the date of the Overview

REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS
• Contact the Dallas office at (972) 243-4033 no later than the online registration deadline listed above to cancel your reservation and request a refund; refunds will not be honored after that date.
• A refund check will be mailed to you minus a $30.00 handling fee. 

TRANSFERRING A REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL
• Any registrant wishing to transfer a registration to another person may do so provided that the original “payer” contacts the Dallas office at (972) 243-4033, or the replacement person may present a letter from the original “payer” onsite at the registration table.
