Brakke Consulting is pleased to present a special two-day seminar on how to effectively conduct due diligence for animal health acquisitions.  The seminar will be held in the Kansas City area at on October 27-28, 2009.

Presenters include three Brakke consultants with extensive due diligence experience – Ron Brakke, John Mannhaupt and Joel Adamson – as well as experts in finance and law. 

The seminar will cover topics including:
• an overview of recent and current merger & acquisition activities in the industry
• discussions of the due diligence process from both the buyer and seller perspectives
• financial and legal aspects of due diligence
• managing communications during the due diligence process
• utilizing experts in conducting due diligence
• organizing the merger/acquisition integration team

The seminar will be held onsite at the Kansas City Brakke office, located at the Enterprise Center of Johnson County.
