Registration Fees
• Online registration is now closed.
• Late registration fee is $425 per person beginning Thursday, February 16, and you must register on-site at the Overview on Tuesday, February 21.

How to Register Online
• Payment by credit card is required at the time of registration.
• Scroll to the bottom of this page to find the registration link.
• E-mail confirmation of your registration will be sent to you after registration is completed.
• Final day of online registration and $375 fee is Wednesday, February 15.

Late Registration and Onsite Registration
• Late registration begins Thursday, February 16 and the fee increases to $425 per person
• To register late, phone Brakke Consulting at (972) 243-4033 during normal office hours. Have your credit card with you when you call.
• On Tuesday, February 20, register onsite at the Four Seasons Desert Willow room between 1:30 and 2:00 pm. Payment by credit card is required at the time of registration.

Requests for Refunds
• Contact the Dallas office at (972) 243-4033 no later than Thursday, February 16 to cancel your reservation and request a refund.
• For refund requests, a refund check will be mailed to you minus a $30.00 handling fee. 
• After February 16th, no refunds will be honored.

Requests for Transfers
• Any Registrant wishing to transfer a registration to another person may do so provided that the original “payer” contacts the Dallas office at (972) 243-4033 and gives us the name of the person taking their space.
