Administrative notes:
Online and Phone Registration ($400) ends January 18 for VMX and February 15 for WVC
- Payment by credit card is required when you register.
- Confirmation will be emailed to you after registration is completed.
- Call (972) 243-4033 if you do not receive one within 24 hours.
Late Registration ($450) on the day of the Overview
- After January 18 (VMX) or February 15 (WVC), you must register onsite before the Overview
- Registration is from 1:30 until 2:00 pm outside the room where the Overview is held, if seats are still available.
- Credit cards are required and your receipt will be emailed to you in 4 days.
Cancellation Policy
- Call Brakke Consulting at (972) 243-4033 no later than the online registration deadline to cancel your reservation and receive a refund.
- Refund checks will be mailed to you minus a $30.00 handling fee.
- No refunds will be issued after the online registration deadline, however, we will transfer your VMX registration to the Industry Overview at the WVC in Las Vegas if you so request and there is space available.
